- Data processing within the scope of the website
Purposes of data processing. The personal data furnished may be processed for the following purposes, as appropriate to the grounds for which same were provided.
a) Management and answering of inquiries and requests for information;
b) To forward information on offers and promotions, as well as advertising information of COMGAL, by different means of contact, including electronic (SMS, MMS, Email, Apps).

The data shall be retained for the period necessary to obtain the purposes for which they were collected.

- Optional nature of the completion of forms and veracity of the data furnished
The different forms made available require all necessary data to handle one's inquiries, request or reservation, reason why it is essential and that all sections are answered. If said questions are left unanswered, we shall not be able to properly handle your request.
- Assignment and communication of data to any third party.
- To the competent Public Administration. In compliance with the obligations imposed as regards labour, fiscal, commercial, financial and taxation matters.

- Rights of users
Consent and revocation
The user may revoke the given consents, at any given moment, without this affecting the lawfulness of the data processing during the effective period, prior to, of said authorisation.
Rights of access, rectification, cancellation, limitation, opposition and portability.
The user or visitor may request the exercise of his/her rights of access, rectification or deletion, and in certain cases, if applicable, to the limitation of the processing or portability of his/her data, as well as to oppose the processing thereof. The requests for the exercise of rights, made by users, shall be managed within a maximum period of one month. In the event of not receiving a satisfactory answer to a given issue, the user may submit a claim to the aforementioned supervisory authority. The user's request shall be answered within one month at the latest.
The user may exercise his/her rights that the RGPD recognises, at any given moment.
